All in-stock items are in Auckland, ready to ship.

We offer FREE New Zealand wide delivery via CourierPost on all orders $300 and above.

Otherwise shipping is based on the order value:

We use CourierPost (NZ Post) 

Handling time: 0 - 1 business day. Monday – Friday

Transit time: 1 - 2 business days. Monday – Friday

Our daily shipment cut-off is 8am on business days.

We ship to all urban, residential and PO box addresses within New Zealand.

Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number and GST invoice.

For any international orders i.e. Australia, we are not currently set-up for this automatically, but please contact us to arrange this.

Pick Ups:

We are an online-only business and do not offer pick-ups. This allows us to focus on fast shipping, offer great value and provide better service.

If you are worried about a parcel security, you can use a NZ Post Collection Point, free of charge. You can set this up and then use that address during our check-out.
