If your purchase has a problem, PLEASE contact us ASAP so we can work with you to resolve it. Often, problems can be easily resolved via email, and our knowledgeable team is here to help – customer satisfaction is our priority!
WARRANTY
All purchases come with a standard 12-month Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty, unless otherwise specified.
RTB means you are required to cover the costs of shipping the goods back to us, and we will cover the costs to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Our warranty covers:
- Product defects caused by quality issues, workmanship, and/or internal faults
Warranty does not cover:
- Free gifts
- Physical damage and/or impact damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorised repairs and/or opening of any products
- Products not purchased from us (where possible, we record product serial numbers)
- Faults in goods which require professional installation and the work is carried out by someone not qualified (proof of professional installation, such as an invoice or letterhead, is required for such warranty claims)
- Any problems caused to car stereos by attaching wiring or harnesses not supplied by us
- Any other forms of negligence and/or user-caused faults
Under these circumstances, any warranty will automatically become void.
Please note: For best performance and to protect your warranty, products requiring wiring and/or installation – such as car stereos, speakers, and subwoofers – must be installed by a qualified professional (e.g. an auto-electrician or mechanic who is insured). We cannot be held liable for faults or damage caused by DIY or unqualified installation, and any associated warranty will be void.
Business Purchases
Please note that the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 does not apply to business purchases.
